As a ServiTech technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers’ homes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of household appliances and electronics based on your qualification, including but not limited to:

  • Stoves / Ovens

  • Refrigerators / Freezers

  • Air Conditioners (AC)

  • Televisions (TV)

  • Treadmills / Fitness Equipment

  • Washing Machines & Dryers

  • Small and Large Kitchen Appliances

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care.

• Provide accurate cost estimates and repair timelines.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

• Complete service reports and update records accurately.

• Comply with safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technician in appliance and/or electronics repair.

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and digital components of common home appliances.

• Ability to troubleshoot and read technical manuals or schematics.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field technicians).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• High school diploma or technical certification (preferred).

• Must be willing to travel locally within the assigned region.
