Develop and Execute retail sales plan in support of the business development strategy.  Collaborate with Sales Leadership team to deliver or exceed revenue, Retail Profit, and CSAT Targets for assigned store.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in people management.
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor store sales plans aligned to business development strategy.
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers, profit margins, and retail KPIs.
  • Skilled in setting realistic sales targets and tracking performance against them.
  • Ability to coach, guide, and develop store teams to deliver high performance.
  • Ability to effectively lead, adapt, and implement change initiatives within a dynamic retail environment to support evolving business strategies and market demands.
  • Ability to translate company targets and milestones into CSR level.
  • Ability to analyze store-level productivity metrics and adjust to ensure achievement of indicators.

WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY (FLEXIBILITY ON WEEKENDS FOR SALES DAYS & PEAK SEASON)
