WHAT RESPONSIBILITY WILL YOU HAVE?
You will support a 6-month project by managing service claims, contacting customers to gather and verify information, providing timely updates, performing basic quality checks to ensure accuracy, maintaining organized records, and delivering general administrative support to meet daily service targets.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum of a High School Degree in Business.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer and Excel Proficient.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to meet daily targets and manage multiple claims.
- Accuracy when processing service claims and recording information.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm, Saturday: 8am – 1pm
