Sales Supervisor

Collaborate with the Branch Manager on the operations of the branch including all aspects of sales, after-sales service, merchandising, warehousing and store maintenance.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Drive the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Assist in maintaining a customer focused sales team geared towards maximization of sales targets.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring proper stock management.
  • Ensure staff compliance with all systems, policies and procedures.
  • Accurately produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist in ensuring that store standards are in line with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a supportive climate that inspires employees to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are aligned with company service level expectations.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Business or Management
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience at supervisory level in sales environment
  • Strong background in sales and selling techniques
  • Inventory management skills is an asset
  • Being mobile and bilingual is essential

 

Schedule:

  • 45 hours a week
  • Monday to Saturday
