Collaborate with the Branch Manager on the operations of the branch including all aspects of sales, after-sales service, merchandising, warehousing and store maintenance.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Drive the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining a customer focused sales team geared towards maximization of sales targets.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring proper stock management.
- Ensure staff compliance with all systems, policies and procedures.
- Accurately produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist in ensuring that store standards are in line with company requirements.
- Collaborate with management to foster a supportive climate that inspires employees to achieve excellence.
- Ensure that customer service standards are aligned with company service level expectations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Business or Management
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience at supervisory level in sales environment
- Strong background in sales and selling techniques
- Inventory management skills is an asset
- Being mobile and bilingual is essential
Schedule:
- 45 hours a week
- Monday to Saturday
