As a Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and champion the branch’s loans portfolio to achieve target expectations.

• Must always be courteous and helpful to customers and co-workers and practice good customer service via telephone, in person and emails.
• Receive and find solutions to complaints and referring complaints where necessary
• Record and communicate customer service queries to Sales Supervisor
• Ensure proper presentation of showroom, including product display and ticketing
• Establish contact within 30 seconds of the customer entering the store and build rapport
• Have a complete knowledge of all products sold by COURTS
• Explain the terms and conditions of all promotions, purchases, and contracts to customers.
• Inform customers appropriately of delivery schedules and keep advised of delivery problems
• Have a complete understanding of the Supa Shield warranty scheme and be able to explain this to the customer
• Be able to close sales within the customer’s first visit
• Ensure all documents pertaining to the purchase are correctly and thoroughly completed
• Demonstrate completion of entry coupons for promotions
• Follow up with customers for product satisfaction and subsequent sales
• You will be responsible for the loans champion targets of the branch, facilitating loan application from the onset to the point of disbursement.
• Any other reasonable duties that maybe assigned from time to time

Schedule:

• 45 hours a week
• Monday to Saturday

In this role, you will be working with Courts, furniture and electronics retailing brand which is a world-wide company focused on giving customers the best customer experience while providing flexible payment plans. You will also be working with the ready cash department, acting as loans champion for the branch.
