The Digital Marketing Officer executes the company’s Digital Strategy (Website and social media for all brands) and plays a key role in communicating the organizations marketing message. The candidate is responsible for the planning, developing, coordinating and executing of marketing strategies for Shopcourts brand.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Develop content and promotional calendar across all platforms.
- Monitor all promotions on social media, website and Courts app to ensure alignment to offline campaigns.
- Monitor and follow up sales on website to ensure completion.
- Review products, pricing and images for accuracy to ensure optimal online range.
- Provide country-specific information/content to the ecommerce Unit: (Campaigns/promotions, Courts in the News, Stores information and location, etc.).
- Provide timely and accurate information on promotions, events, etc. to Ecommerce unit for app push notifications.
- Work with Toucan and Ecommerce to ensure all product links across the social media platforms are relevant and accurate
- Prepare monthly social media initiatives for all brands in line with regional strategy and local marketing campaigns.
- Provide media schedules and local content to Toucan for upload to relevant social media platforms
- Work with Toucan to ensure that the social media monthly content schedule is on par with the regional strategy and local marketing campaigns
- Monitor all social media platforms to ensure fan/followers growth and increase in engagement are in line with year’s targets
- Assist with implementation of marketing strategy for Unicomer brands.
- Assist with analyzing market research to recommend strategies for brand optimization.
- Partner with commercial team to create promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales management to drive strategies focused on maximizing revenue.
- Coordinate internal and external communication of marketing promotions.
- TV show appearances and radio shows
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- ·Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum two(2) year experience in digital marketing
- Understanding of web usability & accessibility
- Knowledge of social media industry standards and requirements
- Actively engaged in social media and ecommerce
- Proven experience in planning, organization and development.
