Digital & Media Analyst
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
You will play a key role in driving our brands digital presence and revenue growth by owning the execution of all digital marketing activities, including full management of Courts.com and the planning and delivery of campaigns across all social and digital platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, timely, and impactful digital content and promotions aligned with business priorities, supporting sales, credit offers, and brand initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and agencies to translate commercial objectives into effective digital executions, manage the digital campaign calendar, oversee content development, and continuously monitor and optimize performance using analytics measurement, and reporting, while identifying new digital opportunities and trends to strengthen e-commerce growth and keep our brands competitive.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing websites and digital platforms, with hands-on responsibility for content updates and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, social media management tools, and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to plan and execute digital campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and sales.
- Highly creative, with the ability to develop compelling digital content while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and optimize results through reporting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and measurement techniques.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Flexible with working hours.
- TV show appearances and radio shows
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in digital marketing/analytics
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday with flexibility on weekends depending on event/sale schedules.
