WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

 

  • Process Semi-monthly payroll for employees.
  • Ensure accuracy in the computation of allowances, wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and statutory benefits.
  • Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax returns, social security, pension) in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee queries related to pay, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including salary adjustments, benefits, and leave balances.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities in support of achieving the company’s goals and values.
  • Connect with employees to address queries on compensation, benefits, policies and other company regulations.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or similar field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a medium to large human capital department.
  • Experience in full cycling recruitment is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases and professional networks.
  • Ability to plan and organize accordingly in a fast-paced environment.
