WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Process Semi-monthly payroll for employees.
- Ensure accuracy in the computation of allowances, wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and statutory benefits.
- Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax returns, social security, pension) in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee queries related to pay, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including salary adjustments, benefits, and leave balances.
- Assist with employee engagement activities in support of achieving the company’s goals and values.
- Connect with employees to address queries on compensation, benefits, policies and other company regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or similar field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a medium to large human capital department.
- Experience in full cycling recruitment is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases and professional networks.
- Ability to plan and organize accordingly in a fast-paced environment.
