WHAT RESPONSIBILITY WILL YOU HAVE?

You will contribute to the planning and selection of a commercially viable range of products and accessories within designated product categories to support the Company’s strategic and budgetary objectives. This includes sustaining rotation, quality, and service levels while achieving gross margin targets and managing the supply chain to maximize product availability and stock efficiency.

WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a medium to large retail operation.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyze market, industry, competitors, and performance data to identify trends, assess opportunities, determine pricing strategies, and drive sales, margin, and market share growth.
  • Proven ability to plan, forecast, replenish, and continuously optimize product range plans in response to demand shifts, sales trends, and market dynamics, ensuring optimal stock efficiency and product availability.
  • Highly numerate with the capability to manage product categories through effective pricing, margin control, and portfolio planning to maximize gross margin, rotation, and overall business performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive local execution, manage performance against objectives, and build a balanced portfolio of innovative vendors aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
  • Flexible with working hours

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with flexibility on Saturdays
