WHAT RESPONSIBILITY WILL YOU HAVE?

To develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Unicomer’s Recoveries / Legal System with respect to delinquent customer accounts; with the goal of increasing collections while reducing the bad debt portfolio to achieve greater profits.

WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Legal or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent organizational, public relations and time management skills.
• Excellent oral, negotiation, and written skills.
• Knowledge of debt collections; negotiation & procedures.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of court procedures (civil) Affidavit / Writ / Civil Suit / Notices / Bench Warrants / Judgment Debtor Summons / Committal Warrant and other actions, which the court may advise.
• Ability to prioritize a demanding workload, work independently, and work well under pressure.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
