About the Role:

We are seeking assertive, organized, and results-driven Collectors/Bailiffs to join our credit recovery team. As part of our nationwide operations, you will be responsible for the recovery of overdue accounts, enforcement of judgments, and ensuring clients’ legal rights are upheld in a professional and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients and debtors to negotiate repayment of outstanding debts.

• Serve legal notices and enforce court orders as needed.

• Locate and assess assets for potential seizure in compliance with legal procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities.

• Liaise with legal teams, law enforcement, and court officials when necessary.

• Ensure all collections are performed within the bounds of local laws and regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

• Report daily activity and account progress to supervisors or case managers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in credit collections, field recovery, or bailiff work is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of local credit and collections laws and legal procedures.

• Valid driver’s license and own a personal transportation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations calmly.

• High school diploma or Associate’s Degree is an asset.

• Must be willing to travel.
