Develop and Execute retail sales plan in support of the business development strategy. Collaborate with Sales Leadership team to deliver or exceed revenue, Retail Profit, and CSAT Targets for assigned store.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Provide input in establishing sales targets and plan to deliver revenue.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to achieve targets.
- Coordinate customer loyalty programs to retain and grow customer base.
- Responsible for day to day operations of the store.
- Monitor and Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to maximize profitability.
- Motivate, lead and direct team to ensure optimum productivity.
- Liaise with Human Capital Department on manpower planning and training needs for branch team.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in people management.
- Experience with reviewing and understanding financial reports is an asset.
- Experience in establishing sales plans to deliver revenue.
- Ability to translate company targets and milestones into CSR level.
- Ability to analyze store-level productivity metrics and adjust to ensure achievement of indicators.
